Visiting the clinic with your family or partner
You and your family, partner (including your spouse), children and visitors are welcome to the clinic together. Please keep the following considerations in mind when you visit us together.
1. Please note that the waiting area in the clinic is limited. Please make sure that patients have priority to sit in the waiting area.
2. If the waiting area is so busy that there is concern about congestion, you may be asked to wait outside the clinic.
3. Please refrain from coming to the hospital if you or your family have a fever or flu symptoms.
4. No smoking in our clinic. Please refrain from coming to the hospital immediately after smoking.
About partner's treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
We can prescribe medication for partners of those diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases.
If you have been diagnosed with a sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia or trichomoniasis, you and your partner should be treated at the same time. When I tell patients this, they say, "My partner is too busy with work" or "We have no idea where to go."
Please make an appointment by phone or online and see us directly. We will prescribe medication after a medical interview and confirmation of your allergies. We encourage couples to visit our clinic.
1. Please bring your health insurance card with you and fill out a medical history form.
2. We will prescribe medication for chlamydia, trichomoniasis, and other diseases that require the treatment of your partner at the same time.
3. Bring the results of your partner's diagnosis of a sexually transmitted disease with you so that we can confirm the results.
4. In cases such as male-specific infections, we may refer the patient to a urology clinic because if we are unable to treat the patient.

I am a mother of two daughters. I grew up in Kita-senju where the clinic is located. My family have lived in Kita-Senju since my grandfather's generation.
When I became a patient myself and visited OBGYN for the first time, I remember that I was very surprised at lacking "customer's point of view" compared to other service industries in the world.
So when I decided to open my own clinic, I had to think seriously about what a good clinic is.
So, I would like to draw my own conclusions as "Promises to Patients".

Promises to patients
4つのお約束

1
Value communication with patients above all
I think that there are many patients who feel this dilemma that they do not know how to convey the symptoms and troubles they are having now.
Therefore, I thought that the most important thing for the clinic is "listen carefully to the patients' stories."
I think that the role of the clinic is not only to cure illness, but also to eliminate worries and anxieties related to body and health before returning home. Therefore, it is very important that all the staff listen to the voices of the patients sincerely, not to mention me as a doctor.

2
We try to make the price system easy to understand and to clarify the price.
When you shop, you always check the price in advance, but at many hospitals and clinics, you do not know until you pay.
Certainly, it is difficult to set the price of medical services in advance like buying eggs and milk at supermarkets. However, I thought that information should be disclosed as much as possible so as not to make patients anxious.
Therefore, we would like to open the budget of "how much it will cost".

3
We are open from Monday thru Saturday.
More reservation slots became available by thanks to the part-time doctors.
I think it is very difficult for working women to take a break from work on weekdays. Therefore, we are open on Saturdays until 5:30 in the evening.
We hear from many people that our appointment slots are not so many, so we have have more doctors see you easily.

Origin of the name

At my alma mater, Senju Honcho Elementary School in Adachi Ward (formerly Senju Daiichi Elementary School), in the center of the schoolyard there was a large camphor (Kusunoki) tree that was more than 100 years old and the children were very proud of it. The tree was always close to the children, watching over them at all times.
Our clinic aims to be a place where people can come together just like the tree. We want our clinic to be a place where everyone can come together and start anew.

Directions to the clinic
